Description

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects including proprietary trading funds, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
  • Understand client needs and position Crypto.com’s institutional product suite through a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with global product teams to identify market gaps and help develop new institutional offerings such as lending and prime brokerage.
  • Represent Crypto.com at industry conferences and community events to expand brand presence and institutional reach.
  • Own the full sales cycle from market research and outreach through drafting and closing complex partnership agreements.
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with existing clients and gather feedback to support product improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the firm’s institutional value proposition competitive.
  • Drive revenue, volume, and onboarding outcomes across the assigned institutional book of business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development in a high-growth financial environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in the digital asset/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales for an exchange, custodian, or prime broker.
  • A strong, active book of business and network across hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, banks, and asset managers.
  • Proven experience initiating, managing, and monetizing institutional relationships with demonstrated revenue and volume growth.
  • Deep familiarity with institutional products including OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture.
  • Exceptional professional English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment while staying focused on high-yield KPIs.
  • Experience in a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to lending, prime brokerage, or bespoke trading instruments is preferred.
  • Ability to travel or attend industry conferences and community events as needed is implied by the role.
