Description

  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs across prospecting, outreach, account planning, discovery, qualification, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and build scalable programs that improve seller performance and key sales outcomes.
  • Reinforce Cribl’s sales methodology, messaging, and stage discipline across the sales cycle.
  • Tailor enablement content and training to the specific needs of the EMEA sales segment.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and ongoing training materials such as playbooks, guides, call frameworks, and templates.
  • Deliver live, virtual, or recorded training sessions, role plays, and workshops for new and experienced sellers.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Enablement, and Sales Leadership to keep content current.
  • Equip sellers to effectively use sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and prospecting tools.
  • Work with Field Operations to use data-driven insights to prioritize enablement initiatives and measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Partner Sales, Field teams, and Sales Managers to integrate updates and reinforce coaching.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement and sales training.
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven success designing and executing enablement programs that improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, sales methodologies such as MEDDPPICC, Challenger, and Command of the Message, and sales productivity best practices.
  • Experience enabling strategic or named account sales motions, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and content development skills.
  • Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and prospecting tools, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for enablement and GTM productivity, such as Glean, AI role play, and content management or generation tools.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours due to a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment.
