Description

  • Qualify, follow up on, educate, and develop a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to defined service-level agreements.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl’s qualification criteria.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, and build interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Use selling and influencing techniques to uncover customer needs and position how Cribl solves their business challenges.
  • Log, track, and maintain lead and opportunity activity in Salesforce following Cribl’s lead-to-opportunity process.
  • Accurately route leads and meetings to assigned sales executives after discovery.
  • Meet meeting quota targets to support territory revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors, attend customer meetings as needed, and partner with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and local trade shows to stay current with technology; occasionally work outside standard hours due to global time zones.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with a successful product sale.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience is preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred and will enhance consideration for the role.
