Description

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor between internal sales teams and partners.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority for a portfolio of partners.
  • Mentor partner sales engineers through live sales cycles to improve confidence and deal velocity.
  • Build and strengthen partner technical capabilities through training, certification, and continuous learning programs.
  • Evangelize Cribl value pillars and use cases to help partners create compelling business cases.
  • Improve customer experience by ensuring partners can provide expert local support and guidance.
  • Lead APAC partner technical enablement through workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
  • Document use cases in blog posts and contribute enhancements to product documentation.
  • Travel up to 50% across APAC to engage with partners and support key opportunities.
  • Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside standard working hours as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
  • Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams.
  • Experience developing technical training materials such as workshops, labs, and presentations is a significant plus.
  • Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security, including SIEM, SOAR, and Observability Platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive, programmatic mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Residency in Singapore is required.
  • Experience working remotely is required.
