Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of Creator Deck’s marketplace position, capabilities, past performance, and commercial vision.
  • Build and grow relationships with approved brands and agencies and advance them toward partnership meetings and consideration.
  • Lead the creation of meeting materials, including decks and agendas.
  • Develop partnership strategies in collaboration with leadership across Brand Partnerships, Growth, Finance, and the CEO.
  • Schedule and participate in brainstorms while keeping work moving against deadlines.
  • Manage post-meeting follow-up with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Own day-to-day follow-up on RFIs, RFPs, and proactive proposals.
  • Work with Brand Partnerships and Client Success teams to support renewals and incremental investment opportunities.
  • Attend weekly sales and internal meetings.
  • Track all activity in the CRM and meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in advertising, media, marketing sales, and/or business development.
  • Preferred experience at a digital or social publisher, talent agency, or influencer agency.
  • Existing relationships with brand and agency clients.
  • Preferred relationships and experience in one or more of these categories: beauty, fashion, retail, QSR/restaurants, wellness, media, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, latest technologies, and emerging trends.
  • Experience with talent-led programs and talent-led innovation.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to lead deck creation end to end without outside support.
  • Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous client environments and evolving internal workflows.

Benefits

  • Remote, full-time role.
  • Competitive salary of $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
