Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnel.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline targets.
  • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach for an IT, SaaS, or tech company.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus.
  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
