Description

  • Manage reservations for travel packages and coordinate with international hotels.
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
  • Close sales with inbound leads, without outbound prospecting.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM.
  • Maintain high service quality and follow up on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in tourism, hospitality, or contact centers such as Airbnb, Expedia, or Booking.
  • B2+ English level, preferably C1.
  • A third language such as German or Portuguese is a plus but not required.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Studies in tourism, business, or a related field are desirable.
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off.
  • Adaptability to rotating schedules and variable rest days.
  • A commercial, empathetic, persuasive profile focused on closing sales.
