Description

  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements in collaboration with Account Managers and Sales.
  • Actively participate in sales cycles across all aspects of Coupa services.
  • Design, estimate, and scope engagements directly and through partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to challenge, shape, and refine proposal estimates and plans.
  • Assemble Coupa’s contribution to proposals, including scoping, estimating, and costing.
  • Support the development of customized service offerings to meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback to the Solution Delivery Team on the fit of existing packages to customer needs.
  • Help drive early value delivery across delivery projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services for a Software/SaaS company.
  • Experience with procurement and accounting processes.
  • Background managing services engagements for large, multinational customers.
  • Success working with executive-level prospects and C-level executives.
  • Ability to build strong internal, customer, and partner relationships.
  • Structured, rigorous, solutions-minded, and service-oriented approach.
  • Track record of sales overachievement.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Word, OpenAir, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a collaborative, partner-facing sales environment is preferred.
