Description

  • Prospect new business through outbound sales efforts.
  • Manage inbound leads and opportunities generated by the SDR team.
  • Conduct commercial demos and presentations via video call.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline.
  • Use consultative, value-based selling to convert opportunities.
  • Coordinate follow-up and progression of opportunities through the sales process.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native or fluent Spanish.
  • Availability to work as a freelancer with autónomo/invoice status, or willingness to register as self-employed.
  • Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Real estate sector experience is a plus.
  • Minimum commitment of around 35 hours per week.
