Description

  • Lead and scale the enterprise AI Delivery Engineering organization, including AI engineers, solution architects, and AI operations teams.
  • Own delivery of AI agents, agentic workflows, intelligent automations, conversational AI, knowledge assistants, RAG solutions, and multi-agent systems.
  • Establish engineering standards for prompt engineering, agent development, MCP, API integrations, orchestration, security, code quality, and reusable frameworks.
  • Manage portfolio execution through capacity planning, prioritization, roadmaps, resource allocation, milestones, reporting, risk management, and delivery metrics.
  • Oversee production AI operations, including monitoring, incident management, performance and prompt optimization, observability, and cost management.
  • Create and manage the AI Governance Council and embed responsible AI, privacy, security, auditability, model governance, and regulatory compliance into delivery.
  • Partner with strategy, architecture, data, security, product, legal, procurement, and vendors to align AI delivery with business priorities.
  • Manage delivery budgets, vendors, platform consumption, FinOps metrics, ROI, and engineering capacity.
  • Build the organization through hiring, workforce planning, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and organizational design.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology organizations.
  • 7+ years managing engineering, enterprise application delivery, or data insights teams.
  • Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems, including CRM, ERP, HR, finance, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, agent frameworks, MCP, API integrations, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience building and leading global engineering organizations and large transformation programs.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing strategic vendors and systems integrators.
  • Preferred: Experience with Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Apigee, or Anthropic Claude.
  • Preferred: Experience integrating AI with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, enterprise security, observability, testing, and operational monitoring.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
