Description

  • Own engagement success, including delivery quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, business outcomes, and account growth.
  • Serve as the primary Engagement Lead and executive advisor throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
  • Define engagement strategy, governance, communications, success measures, and executive reporting.
  • Lead steering committees, governance meetings, roadmap workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning.
  • Partner with Project Managers, architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to align execution with client objectives.
  • Manage executive risks, organizational change, stakeholder alignment, staffing challenges, and delivery issues.
  • Lead proposal strategy, solution development, estimation, pricing discussions, and executive presentations.
  • Develop account strategies, multi-phase roadmaps, consulting offerings, and long-term growth plans.
  • Mentor consultants and emerging Engagement Leads while supporting recruiting, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Improve consulting methodologies, governance standards, reusable intellectual property, delivery practices, and Data Practice capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Typically 12–15+ years of experience leading enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • At least 7 years of consulting or professional services experience leading complex enterprise engagements.
  • Experience as an Engagement Lead, Program Lead, or senior consulting leader for large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing executive relationships, engagement financials, delivery governance, organizational change, and strategic account growth.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud technologies, governance, and modern architecture.
  • Exceptional executive leadership, consulting, strategic planning, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong financial management capabilities, including forecasting, margin management, budget oversight, and commercial decision-making.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Certifications and experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, GCP, enterprise modernization, data strategy, governance, or AI adoption preferred.
