Description

  • Lead complex, cross-functional analytics projects from vision to implementation to improve retention, engagement, and productivity.
  • Serve as the strategic owner of the Global Employee Listening Program, including annual and pulse survey execution across the employee lifecycle.
  • Translate complex datasets into executive-ready narratives and visualizations that drive business interventions and strategic actions.
  • Partner with HRIS and EDE teams to consolidate disparate data sources into a unified single source of truth in Snowflake/AWS.
  • Design and deploy Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics tools for COE partners and senior leaders.
  • Use SQL, Python, or R to analyze structured and unstructured workforce data and apply AI and machine learning best practices to workforce challenges.
  • Coach HRBPs and COEs on data literacy and interpretation to support objective, data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, EDE, and business leaders on workforce planning, listening strategies, and organizational effectiveness measurement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced SQL and Tableau proficiency required.
  • Hands-on experience using Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics.
  • Deep experience managing organizational data such as turnover, recruiting, and DEI metrics.
  • Experience executing large-scale surveys from methodology design through vendor management.
  • Proven ability to influence and provide objective feedback to VPs and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to transform raw analytics into high-impact presentations that drive executive alignment and organizational change.
  • Ability to operate independently in complex global environments as a consultative partner.
  • Experience incorporating AI and machine learning best practices into analytics work is preferred.
