Description

  • Support key employee lifecycle processes including new hires, data management, absences, transfers, and leavers.
  • Prepare global HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment forms, payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, and resignation letters.
  • Organize and maintain employee records in the proprietary platform, including updating personal data and processing HR-related forms.
  • Administer employee benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing data on absences, bonuses, and leave.
  • Conduct audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payroll payments.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve HR queries and concerns via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Support review and renewal of company policies and legal compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with G-P partners and vendors, including insurance, local service providers, and pension providers.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of HR operations experience.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong administration background.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven work experience in similar human resources positions.
  • Ability to work in international teams across different locations and cultures.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience throughout EMEA is required.
  • This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
