Description

  • Develop and own adoption strategy plans for large strategic customers and coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners.
  • Help customers define measurable success goals tied to their broader business objectives.
  • Advise customers on Coupa Pay growth and adoption opportunities, including virtual cards, bank transfers, and early pay discount solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted partner in strategic discussions about customer business needs and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on customer pay opportunities and adoption potential.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, Coupa partners, and internal colleagues.
  • Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and customer training.
  • Meet customers in person through occasional travel.
  • Understand and demonstrate the full Coupa platform in relation to customer business needs.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients in customer success.
  • 10+ years of experience in payments or systems applications, either in finance/procurement organizations or with consulting firms or software providers.
  • Relevant experience with B2B payments, especially digital payments solutions.
  • Deep domain expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to drive rapid and successful go-live and adoption.
  • Experience with software as a service (SaaS) is a plus.
  • Experience with Coupa BSM or related financial payment, accounting, source-to-pay, or procurement software is a plus.
  • Previous sales or lead consulting experience with tools such as Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Bill.com, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, or SAP is a strong predictor of success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is strongly preferred.
