Description

  • Define and execute the EMEA Solution Advisory strategy in alignment with regional sales goals.
  • Serve as a member of the EMEA Sales leadership team and provide strategic insight on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Solution Advisors and SA Leaders.
  • Recruit and manage team members while supporting career development, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate regional resources to maximize impact on revenue, renewal, retention, and customer success targets.
  • Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions and quantified business value for prospects and customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key accounts and strategic opportunities, including C-level engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Services, Product Management, and Marketing to align on company goals and market positioning.
  • Drive thought leadership, innovation, and the use of advanced demonstrations and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Ensure operational and administrative excellence across the Solution Advisory function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success leading and scaling a regional or national presales team.
  • Deep understanding of Business Spend Management, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and related financial processes.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex pre-sales strategies in highly competitive environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a technical field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
