Description

  • Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing Federal Civilian sales organization, including first-line managers and senior enterprise account executives.
  • Design and execute a long-term go-to-market strategy for the Federal Civilian market, including territory planning, talent acquisition, and penetration models.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with federal leaders such as CIOs, CISOs, procurement executives, and agency stakeholders.
  • Develop joint go-to-market partnerships with Federal Systems Integrators, cloud partners, and federal distributors.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for high-value, complex federal deals and support strategic negotiations and procurement cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Legal, Federal Compliance, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, operational metrics, and quarterly revenue performance for the theater.
  • Maintain expertise in federal security mandates, compliance requirements, and AI-related directives to position Wiz effectively in the market.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the U.S. Federal market, including at least 5+ years of second-line management experience.
  • Experience leading high-growth federal teams, with a strong focus on Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Proven track record of scaling a federal theater to $50M+ ARR and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), procurement cycles, OTA vehicles, and GWACs such as NASA SEWP, GSA MAS, and CIO-CS.
  • Strong cloud security expertise, including CNAPP, CSPM, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud architectures within federal tenant structures.
  • Established executive network across Federal Civilian agencies and top-tier Federal Systems Integrators.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Valid security clearance is a significant plus.
  • Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Benefits

  • Base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • US base salary range of $200,500 to $233,500.
