Description

  • Translate OEM business requirements into clear internal direction and link customer challenges to current and future Keyloop capabilities.
  • Work across multiple OEMs to understand strategy, evolving needs, and recurring requirements that can be turned into shared capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Alliances, Engineering, Business Units, IT teams, Brand Solution Directors, and Programme Management to develop and validate candidate solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with OEM stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring requirements, strategy changes, and issue status are shared clearly and promptly.
  • Support prioritisation of OEM requirements and escalate gaps, issues, and delivery risks where necessary.
  • Assess the business impact of technical choices and recommend solutions to improve existing capabilities and deployments.
  • Keep up to date with Keyloop’s product offering, platform strategy, integrations, and the wider marketplace of competing solutions.
  • Champion strong requirements definition, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
  • Act as a credible customer-facing representative for Keyloop in key solution and delivery discussions.
  • Help ensure software solutions are delivered effectively and deployed to maximum impact across OEM and dealer networks.

Requirements

  • Experience translating customer or OEM requirements into solution direction in a software, platform, or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Software as a Service delivery and platform-based solutions, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Keyloop products, platform integration, and product capabilities, or the ability to develop this quickly.
  • Good technical understanding and an enquiring mind about how platform solutions can be deployed and enhanced.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills across different levels and communication styles.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to represent customer needs while supporting business targets.
  • Ability to manage issues calmly, structure discussions, and work through complex requirements systematically.
  • Broad business background with credibility across technical, operational, and strategic topics.
  • Wide IT literacy and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Experience with OEM landscapes, applications, and functionalities is preferred.
  • No academic qualifications are required; selection is based on experience and potential rather than credentials.
