Description

  • Drive Coupa’s growth across customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and support a team of Account Directors.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to help the team sell value in each engagement.
  • Collaborate with global system integrators such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and BearingPoint.
  • Implement sales processes and best practices across the region.
  • Work with the team to develop sales plans for targeted accounts, sub-regions, and vertical segments.
  • Deliver weekly sales updates for the region and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Engage C-level prospects and present Coupa’s strategic value proposition.
  • Drive deals through to closure.
  • Lead sales training and coaching programs to strengthen business value selling capabilities.

Requirements

  • Successful career in B2B sales leadership within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading sales teams.
  • Experience in value-based selling to enterprise customers.
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to identify customer pain points and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Proven track record of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
  • Excellent English communication skills; full business proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in Spend Management, P2P, or eProcurement is preferred but not mandatory.
