Description

  • Drive major team projects and OKRs, including complex customer launches that require cross-functional alignment.
  • Own the full lifecycle of the company’s largest and most complex strategic implementations with minimal guidance.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for leadership, high-value clients, and external vendors during escalations.
  • Mentor and coach other Solutions Engineers through feedback, code and project reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Anticipate technical hurdles, create contingency plans, and resolve systemic issues with innovative approaches.
  • Identify gaps in tools and processes and propose improvements that increase team velocity.
  • Represent the Solutions Engineering function in cross-departmental work with Product and Engineering to improve scalability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar high-level technical role.
  • Strong technical and programming fundamentals, including proficiency in agentic development.
  • Experience working with complex data architectures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, high-complexity workstreams at the same time.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under extreme ambiguity and pressure.
  • History of building a healthy team culture through knowledge sharing and constructive debate.
  • B.S. in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience leading strategic customer implementations and cross-functional technical initiatives (preferred).
