Description

  • Build AI-powered tools for performance marketing, including bid strategy analysis, budget pacing alerts, creative scoring, and anomaly detection across paid channels.
  • Develop AI workflows for the creative studio, including ad copy generation, creative brief automation, image variation at scale, and performance feedback loops.
  • Implement AI-driven personalization and send-time optimization across CRM channels such as email, SMS, push, and in-app.
  • Build agentic workflows that pull Snowflake data, generate segment logic, and trigger Braze campaigns with minimal manual intervention.
  • Automate landing page variant generation, headline testing ideation, and personalization logic by audience segment or traffic source.
  • Create internal AI tools such as dashboards, Slack bots, and report generators to reduce repetitive analysis and speed decision-making.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify AI-powered features that improve funnel conversion and retention.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain the AI/ML toolstack for Growth, including LLM APIs, orchestration tools, and data pipelines.
  • Translate technical work and business impact for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across Growth subteams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience, with meaningful hands-on work applying AI/LLMs to real business problems.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and comfort working with APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers.
  • Ability to build repeatable skills or plugins for popular LLM clients.
  • Ability to educate and mentor team members to become more AI-native.
  • A builder’s mentality with a preference for shipping working prototypes over writing specs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Agent SDK, n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom TypeScript/Python pipelines (preferred).
  • Prior work at a DTC subscription company or growth-stage startup (preferred).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning (preferred).
  • Experience building internal tools used by non-technical teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and data infrastructure such as Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snowflake, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing and the ability to build tools that practitioners actually want to use (preferred).
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
  • Experience with data tools including Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, dbt, and Hex.
  • Experience with collaboration tools including Slack, Notion, Jira, and Google Workspace.
