Description

  • Develop and maintain a GTM-specific AI roadmap aligned with Agiloft’s broader AI Operations strategy.
  • Identify high-value AI opportunities across GTM functions to reduce friction, accelerate revenue, improve customer experience, and increase seller productivity.
  • Stay engaged with customers and sales processes to inform AI priorities and identify opportunities to improve buying, retention, and account growth outcomes.
  • Design and build AI copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented workflows, and human-in-the-loop automations for GTM use cases.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale GTM AI solutions from concept through production.
  • Coach the GTM AI Builders community and review department-led AI initiatives.
  • Monitor deployed tools, measure adoption and business impact, and iterate based on feedback and changing needs.
  • Evaluate AI tooling and coordinate with AI Operations on platform alignment, governance, testing, documentation, and handoff standards.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, blockers, and opportunities to GTM leadership and AI Operations.
  • Coach GTM teams on responsible AI adoption and increase organizational AI fluency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a GTM, revenue operations, or customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company across the pipeline-to-renewal lifecycle.
  • 1–3 years of direct experience leading AI optimization of GTM workflows with completed initiatives and demonstrated results.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer success platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or Outreach.
  • Base-level Python scripting ability and willingness to deepen AI engineering and architectural skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM tool integration.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration platforms such as n8n, Tines, or LangChain and AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to translate customer and buying-journey insights into AI opportunities.
  • Ability to partner strategically with senior GTM leaders and collaborate across business and AI Operations teams.
  • SaaS experience required; CLM, legal tech, enterprise AI governance, Snowflake, customer events, or private-equity-backed SaaS experience preferred.
