Description

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy from product launch through scale, including adoption and revenue targets.
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for SaaS and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with inbound Product Management on portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment decisions.
  • Build executive relationships with SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute-care customers.
  • Lead beta and co-development programs that generate customer proof points and references.
  • Represent PointClickCare with customers, industry organizations, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
  • Lead, hire, coach, and develop the Outbound Product Management organization.
  • Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research while supporting responsible AI deployment with legal, compliance, and governance teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at Director level or above.
  • Experience owning go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio with responsibility for adoption and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven experience developing SaaS and AI product commercial models, including pricing, packaging, and monetization.
  • Fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn metrics.
  • Executive presence and ability to align senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Solutions, and Professional Services.
  • Experience leading leaders, hiring and developing teams, and managing organizational change.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events, with occasional office travel.
  • Post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration experience preferred.
  • Experience launching generative AI, large language model, or agentic products preferred.
  • Familiarity with interoperability, care transitions, referral, and authorization workflows preferred.
