Description

  • Develop strategy for Ceribell’s same-store sales business.
  • Analyze performance drivers and use data to grow same-store sales.
  • Improve account and provider targeting and engagement using analytics.
  • Create and manage programs for EMR integration, protocolization, and attrition defense.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve sales process efficiency.
  • Manage core sales operations including retention, attrition, quota setting, and territory alignment.
  • Develop sales operations plans, tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting for same-store sales and new product launches.
  • Design incentive programs and monitor their impact on performance.
  • Work with product and go-to-market teams to define launch plans for new Delirium and neonate products.
  • Build operating and tracking mechanisms to measure results and adjust strategy.
  • Partner with sales training and field leadership to embed programs across the sales organization.
  • Coach and develop the sales ops analyst and sales enablement manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting or professional services firm focused on transformation and implementation, including managing teams.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  • 2+ years of experience as an operator, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including automation and complex formulas.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate complex logic or compensation structures for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment and integrity, especially when handling sensitive compensation processes.
  • Innate curiosity and the ability to investigate anomalies and ask the right questions.
  • Adaptability and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Experience working with product and go-to-market teams is preferred.
