Description

  • Partner with product sales leadership to define and execute a strategic enablement vision for Stripe's product sales organization.
  • Scope, build, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs for different product sales roles.
  • Work closely with Product and Product Operations to anticipate upcoming releases and prepare the field before launch.
  • Create and facilitate enablement content with subject matter experts, translating technical product knowledge into practical resources.
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps across product sales teams and design programs that improve productivity, expertise, and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align learning experiences with business goals.
  • Track enablement impact and use data to inform future investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, ideally supporting specialist or technical sales roles at a global technology or high-growth company.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for a sales audience.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve sales performance.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior executives and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships across a large organization.
  • Experience working in a global, virtual environment across multiple time zones (preferred).
  • Background in content creation, curation, or knowledge management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions in a fast-changing environment (preferred).
