Description

  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels to drive qualified pipeline for the sales funnel.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, content syndication, and sponsorship placements.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and sales to align paid campaigns with global campaigns, pipeline goals, and lead-to-opportunity conversion targets.
  • Build and test audience segments, ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies through continuous A/B experimentation.
  • Partner with content, graphic design, and product marketing to develop ad copy, assets, and sponsored content for ecommerce decision-makers.
  • Own reporting dashboards and deliver regular performance readouts with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and B2B paid media trends.
  • Use performance analysis to inform campaign optimization and leadership reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale with demonstrable pipeline impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce for lead tracking and attribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Experience reporting on pipeline and revenue impact clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
