Description

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies that support revenue growth.
  • Launch campaigns end to end, including targeting, structure, tracking, creatives, and optimization.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and provide direction on creative development.
  • Own organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align organic efforts with paid campaigns.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor daily performance and make proactive optimization and scaling decisions.
  • Own conversion tracking, pixel setup, event tracking, UTM structure, and performance attribution.
  • Build clear reports and translate channel performance into actionable growth recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to improve campaigns, messaging, and assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across both paid and organic channels.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with platform-native execution required.
  • Proven ability to generate B2B leads and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms such as X, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to independently launch, manage, and scale campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills focused on conversion.
  • Experience with organic social media growth and content strategy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or large ad budgets is preferred.
  • Creative tools experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications are preferred.
