Description

  • Own the strategy, P&L, and day-to-day outcomes for Shopify and TikTok Shop growth.
  • Scale combined Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue toward $20M+ within 18 months while protecting margin targets.
  • Plan, test, and optimize paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, including high-volume creative testing.
  • Partner with affiliate, UGC, and Amazon teams to amplify winning campaigns and launches.
  • Launch and optimize one new bundle-based funnel each month, including offers, hooks, and merchandising.
  • Improve conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, upsells, and funnel economics.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing across email and SMS using Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, testing roadmaps, weekly scorecards, and monthly growth plans.
  • Analyze weekly P&Ls and forecast performance to identify scaling levers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional ecommerce pod and manage freelancers and contractors.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfort leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.
