Description

  • Monitor, reply to, and moderate comments and direct messages across social platforms daily.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone and manage sensitive community interactions appropriately.
  • Plan and publish weekly content across organic social channels and collaborate with designers and content creators.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on community health.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and paid social campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Plan, execute, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI and meet performance targets.
  • Monitor spend, pacing, and campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments.
  • Identify, contact, and coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and sponsored content.
  • Analyse performance data and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Own the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Optimise website content and landing pages for search visibility and conversion.
  • Audit and improve the purchase flow, run A/B tests, and test conversion rate improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement website improvements.
  • Produce monthly reporting on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on exposure to paid media, SEO, and organic social.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns at scale.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with CRO principles and A/B testing tools.
  • Confident communicator who can represent the brand authentically in community interactions.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics platforms such as GA4 and Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously.
  • Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Elementor or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor web edits is preferred.
  • Basic graphic design skills are preferred.
  • Experience briefing and working with content creators or influencers is a plus.
