Description

  • Own the research, targeting, and prospect lists that shape the go-to-market strategy and pipeline for strategic accounts.
  • Drive outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to connect with operators and decision-makers.
  • Partner with an AE to map each brand’s organizational structure, workflows, and pain points.
  • Learn from conversations with customers, prospects, and ecosystem partners to build deep account and vertical knowledge.
  • Create early traction inside key brands and help the pod build momentum each sprint.
  • Hit and exceed meeting targets for strategic accounts.
  • Bring insights and learnings to senior leadership, including the C-suite.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound BDR, sales, or business development at a SaaS company preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Confident, clear communication skills with comfort speaking to owners, operators, and decision-makers.
  • Track record of beating quotas in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong competitive drive and motivation to beat targets.
  • Execution-driven mindset with ability to take ownership and move fast without waiting for perfect instructions.
  • Resourceful and analytical approach to problem-solving and finding new angles.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability role.
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn how different verticals and workflows operate.
