Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, and vendor onboarding documents.
  • Ensure contractual documents comply with FAR, DFARS, and company policies.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award through closeout, including modifications, extensions, and renewals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete and organized contract files and records in line with company and government requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks to the company.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for federal and commercial solicitations, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and SOWs.
  • Analyze solicitation requirements and develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and production schedules.
  • Coordinate proposal team meetings such as kick-offs, color team reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs, finance, growth, and leadership to develop compliant and persuasive proposal content.
  • Write, edit, and format proposal sections and oversee final production and on-time submission.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of prior proposal and SOW content to support future automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in federal government contracting.
  • Experience managing both contract administration and proposal development efforts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Experience working in a small to mid-sized government contracting firm is preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CPCM or CFCM is preferred.
  • Active security clearance is preferred.
