Description

  • Identify and prospect high-quality B2B leads in the commercial HVAC and field service sectors.
  • Build independent lead lists using intent signals and market research rather than relying on assigned leads.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach through cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn to qualify businesses and book meetings.
  • Collaborate with founders to refine the sales pitch and improve outbound strategy and conversion rates.
  • Test outreach scripts, subject lines, and sequencing to improve open and response rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead data to support a smooth handoff to the closing team.
  • Gather prospect feedback and share market intelligence with the product team on customer pain points and objections.
  • Help define and improve the company’s lead-building strategy in an early-stage, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or sales, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or AI-driven environment.
  • Experience building or modernizing outbound sales processes from the ground up is preferred.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of how to integrate sales tools through Zapier or similar automation workflows.
  • Ability to think strategically about lead quality and outbound strategy rather than simply following a list.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort navigating gatekeepers and speaking with business owners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle rejection with resilience and grit.
  • Proactive, self-starting approach to managing KPIs, reports, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort working US shift timings.
  • Experience collaborating closely with founders or early-stage startup teams is a plus.
