Description

  • Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline while contributing to the team’s pipeline.
  • Consult businesses that have signed up to the platform and convert them into paying customers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and the face of Connecteam for customers.
  • Become a product expert and advise businesses across a wide variety of industries.
  • Gather customer knowledge and feedback to help improve the product.
  • Share customer insights across departments and support cross-functional communication.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Work with initiative, independence, and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong record of closing deals and consistently over-achieving monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-learner with high independence and an autodidactic mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated attitude is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from Monday to Friday.
  • Hungry to make a real impact and grow with the company.
