Description

  • Execute full-cycle sales efforts to identify, prospect, and close expansion opportunities within an existing book of business.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to map organizational hierarchies and identify new departments and buyers.
  • Deliver consultative presentations that connect AI and automation capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Manage complex deal cycles using the MEDDPICC framework to support forecasting, stakeholder alignment, and pipeline health.
  • Use Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to analyze deal activity and optimize outreach strategy.
  • Continuously improve sales processes by incorporating feedback and industry trends into the selling approach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Experience with account expansion or territory management in large organizations.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals and build relationships with new internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools, specifically Salesforce and Gong.
  • Background in building business cases and Mutual Action Plans (MAPs).
  • AI-first mindset with willingness to use AI productivity tools to automate administrative work.
  • Experience working in high-growth or enterprise sales environments is preferred.
