Description

  • Drive growth and sales across the full 10x Genomics portfolio in North China.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key thought leaders to influence product and technology decisions.
  • Consult with customers on technology solutions using technical credibility in NGS and/or single-cell.
  • Develop and manage territory and account plans aligned to regional business goals.
  • Own business planning to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
  • Understand customer scientific project and business needs to win new business.
  • Manage the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking in CRM and other IT tools.
  • Maintain current knowledge of genetic analysis markets, products, and buying practices.
  • Deliver selling presentations using product and application knowledge across the genetic analysis portfolio.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction while representing 10x Genomics professionally and ethically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in life sciences or a similar field, including capital equipment.
  • Knowledge of NGS.
  • Strong desire to win business and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to travel as needed for a field-based role.
  • Experience in Single Cell RNA Seq and/or Spatial Transcriptomics is preferred.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM system, ideally SFDC, is preferred.
