Description

  • Develop innovative applications that leverage AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline communication.
  • Design and implement specialized AI assistant technology.
  • Work alongside Data Scientists, DevOps, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to deliver product solutions.
  • Contribute to early-stage software development across a broad range of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Use technology to help build and improve a lasting product.
  • Participate in building applications that ingest and interpret both structured and unstructured company data.
  • Help replicate and improve human actions through automation-enabled software.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to translate product needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Preferred M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with compiled languages such as Rust, Ocaml, Golang, Java, or C#; or dynamic languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience building web applications or desktop applications using technologies such as Electron, Tauri, React, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools, including GitHub Actions or similar.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Redis, Neo4j, Milvious, or MongoDB, with understanding of data consistency tradeoffs.
  • Proven knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Interest and experience in early-stage software development and a wide range of tasks.
  • Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Pinecone, or Milvious, or similar tools (bonus).
  • Experience building native desktop apps (bonus).
  • Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as spaCy or Transformers (bonus).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and NLP databases (bonus).
