Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the systems that connect them.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to track performance and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly as the internal expert on emerging systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps in a technically heavy role.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong funnel mindset with frequent measurement of pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep systems simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links are requested with the application.
