Description

  • Serve as the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Engage independently with C-suite stakeholders and represent Complexio in high-stakes executive meetings.
  • Prepare Co-CEOs and the CRO with account briefings, stakeholder maps, open issues, and recommended positions.
  • Run the full sales cycle when required, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
  • Own the customer lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, adoption, health management, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build and manage account plans, relationship maps, value roadmaps, growth targets, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews focused on documented value delivered.
  • Drive adoption of Complexio’s platform capabilities and define value realisation metrics for each account.
  • Own customer health scores, monitor risk indicators, and coordinate recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Coordinate internal teams across Solution Engineering, Delivery, Product, and Support to meet customer commitments.
  • Develop commercial proposals, business cases, and pricing tailored to customer stakeholders and approval processes.
  • Capture customer feedback and translate it into structured input for Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing strategic enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrable ability to sell independently from prospecting through close without a dedicated Sales resource.
  • Proven track record of managing accounts end to end, including origination, onboarding, adoption, health management, renewal, and expansion.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to represent the company independently at C-suite level, including alongside or in place of Co-CEO leadership.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at C-suite level in large organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including building business cases, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across operational and boardroom settings.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to discuss platform architecture, data integration, and security with enterprise IT stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the discipline to manage multiple high-complexity accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in maritime, shipping, energy, or industrial sectors, particularly with operational data flows and decision-making, preferred.
  • Background in AI, data platforms, knowledge graphs, or operational intelligence solutions, preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with ACV of $500k–$5M+, preferred.
  • Exposure to implementation or delivery coordination in complex technical deployments, preferred.
