Description

  • Own and manage GSI partner relationships, including day-to-day administration and relationship building.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business units within GSIs to drive education, alignment, and business development.
  • Develop joint pipeline and go-to-market initiatives that support revenue growth.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for GSI partners and support go-to-market strategies and sales efforts.
  • Act as a consultant and advisor to Contentstack’s Global Sales Organization on GSI-related initiatives.
  • Identify and create joint solutions with GSIs to drive innovative market strategies and success.
  • Collaborate with partners, sales, operations, and marketing to improve partner sales processes and customer success stories.
  • Provide strategic guidance to partners, clients, and account teams on GSI growth strategies and solutions.
  • Work across all levels of GSI organizations to expand relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and track performance against OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of partner management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with and driving successful partnerships with GSI partners.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively with sound business judgment and financial acumen.
  • Strong networking skills with established connections across organizational levels.
  • Experience promoting SaaS products and integrating them with existing GSI solutions.
  • Programmatic approach to scaling GSI partnerships to drive mutual success.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Contentstack, CMS/DXP platforms, and MACH/composable architecture.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, composable technology, and CMS/DXP ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Interest in working in a positive, fun, collaborative culture.
