Description

  • Generate incremental revenue from a named-account base and new logo outreach across the Cologix North American platform.
  • Conduct solution-based consultative sales to enterprises, technology providers, and partners.
  • Manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals and related customer negotiations.
  • Prospect for new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and business-to-business selling.
  • Maintain and expand existing revenue while reducing customer churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across commercial, operations, customer experience, and marketing functions to pursue and close opportunities.
  • Own account planning, revenue forecasting, opportunity management, and quarterly quota retirement.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain strong CRM discipline.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and local networking events.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, market pricing, and sales strategy in the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in solution-based selling, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the data center, real estate, cloud, and telecommunications industries.
  • Preferred technical understanding of data center infrastructure, power infrastructure, telco connectivity, and cloud/HyperScaler connectivity.
  • Disciplined use of CRM tools for forecasting and sales activity tracking.
  • Based in the greater Minneapolis market with the ability to visit local Cologix facilities in the assigned region as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship or transfer of employment visa is not available, including CPT/OPT.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, competitive, and able to manage a high activity level.
  • Self-starter with a thorough understanding of the sales process and effective consultative selling capability.
