Description

  • Own overall program success from the business side, ensuring Farside delivers measurable operating model improvement and financial value.
  • Maintain a clear view of program health, surface risks early, and resolve business-side gaps before they block go-lives.
  • Report to executive leadership with direct, outcome-oriented accountability.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks through problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, or executive escalation.
  • Partner with the P&T STL on go-live sequencing, readiness, and leadership-level coordination.
  • Build and lead a small team covering program execution, organizational change management, and business transformation support.
  • Set outcome-level expectations for the team and hold them accountable for results.
  • Own change adoption outcomes by defining adoption targets, tracking leading indicators, and managing OCM accountability.
  • Drive operating model and organizational design work, including process redesign, accountability mapping, org structure decisions, and workflow transformation.
  • Lead business-side readiness for Salesforce ecosystem migrations and create repeatable playbooks for future go-lives.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of relevant experience spanning analytical work, operational execution, and team leadership.
  • Background in management consulting at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent Deloitte/Accenture operations practice, followed by 5+ years in an in-house operating role, or direct VP-level ownership of a business-side enterprise transformation.
  • Experience in a multi-brand or multi-unit company with meaningfully different operating models.
  • Private equity or sponsor-backed environment experience preferred.
  • Personal experience leading a team through at least one major system go-live from a business readiness perspective.
  • Ability to drive operating model design and process redesign at enterprise scale.
  • Strong command of organizational change management methodology such as Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent.
  • Experience building financial models and business cases, including defending assumptions to CFO-level scrutiny.
  • Familiarity with Workday financials and Salesforce platforms, including CRM, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Ability to translate complex program status into clear executive and board-level communication.
