Description

  • Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals across multiple states.
  • Coordinate campaigns around state-specific CE renewal cycles, deadlines, career stages, and specialties.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and structured A/B testing plans across email, web, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with content, design, web, email, product, UX, and brand teams to execute multichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and run conversion rate optimization tests across landing pages, websites, email funnels, and paid media pathways.
  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and testing results to identify friction points and improve user flow and conversion rates.
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, form creation, automation assets, and database hygiene.
  • Support nurture workflows, promotional sequences, and reminder cadences in partnership with marketing coordinators.
  • Oversee social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement and funnel progression.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, HubSpot analytics, and internal dashboards, then translate insights into recommendations.
  • Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and merchandising elements to improve ecommerce conversion.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns with physical direct mail touchpoints such as book drops, retargeting ads, and follow-up email workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong background in CRO, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated CRO experience with examples such as A/B testing, landing page creation, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with testing platforms such as Google Optimize legacy, Optimizely, VWO, Instapage, or HubSpot tests.
  • HubSpot experience required; certification is a plus.
  • Experience in social media marketing across major platforms, including content planning and performance optimization.
  • Strong data analytics skills using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Experience in ecommerce; healthcare experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
