Description

  • Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end to end, including account structure, campaigns, bidding, search-term hygiene, negative keywords, audiences, and creative testing.
  • Drive cost efficiency and profitable scale while balancing CAC, volume, and unit-economics targets.
  • Build and maintain reporting and monitoring for spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, payback, and performance dashboards.
  • Use AI tools daily for analysis, audits, ad iteration, and reporting.
  • Stand up and lead the paid social program, starting with Meta, with disciplined testing and clear go/no-go decisions.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing on strategy, landing pages, and future growth opportunities.
  • Communicate performance trends, insights, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep Google Ads expertise, including Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, account structure, negative-keyword strategy, and audience signals.
  • Personal ownership of more than $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with the ability to evaluate efficiency-versus-volume tradeoffs at that scale.
  • Strong data fluency, including CAC, payback, LTV, conversion lag, and attribution, with the ability to build your own reporting.
  • Experience with Meta or other paid social channels, ideally including launching or relaunching a program.
  • B2C subscription or freemium funnel experience is strongly preferred, including trial-based funnels and multi-stage conversion tracking.
  • Active daily use of AI tools in workflow, not just familiarity with them.
  • A true individual contributor who is energized by hands-on ownership and not seeking people management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal process or hand-holding and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining decisions and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain meaningful overlap with US Eastern working hours for real-time collaboration.
  • Nice to have: SQL or BigQuery experience and Looker Studio dashboarding.
  • Nice to have: Server-side tracking and attribution experience, including GTM and Rudderstack-type pipelines.
  • Nice to have: Hands-on landing page and CRO experience.
  • Nice to have: Experience in B2C SaaS or career, HR, or recruiting-adjacent industries.
