Description

  • Own the talent acquisition function end to end, including hiring strategy, process design, and execution.
  • Lead and grow a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators across full-time and contract roles.
  • Design and maintain interview rubrics, stages, scorecards, paid work samples, and hiring gates.
  • Manage recruiting operations and metrics, including pipeline health, conversion, time to hire, time to offer, and source performance.
  • Scale candidate pipeline volume and quality across technical, non-technical, executive, and surge hiring.
  • Own the employer brand and candidate experience from outreach through offer.
  • Partner with the Head of People and senior leaders on org design, leveling, and headcount planning.
  • Set hiring priorities across competing searches and keep leadership aligned on progress and tradeoffs.
  • Train interviewers and hiring managers to create consistent signal and accountable decision-making.
  • Use AI tools to improve recruiting workflows while preserving human judgment in candidate evaluation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including several years leading a recruiting team through significant growth.
  • Experience building or rebuilding hiring processes, including rubrics, interview design, or gating.
  • Strong data fluency with funnel metrics and stage-level conversion rates.
  • Experience hiring across technical and non-technical functions at once, including engineering, product, growth, and operations.
  • Fluency with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup.
  • Track record of building always-on talent pools and employer brand strategies that attract candidates.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and identify where human judgment should remain involved.
