Description

  • Own critical recruiting tools, workflows, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage a team of recruiting coordinators.
  • Configure recruiting systems, manage integrations, and implement automation with HR Technology.
  • Map, document, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, quality controls, and governance standards.
  • Deliver actionable recruiting insights to inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Partner with Legal and People Operations to ensure recruiting practices comply with global laws and internal policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting or HRIS technologies such as Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar.
  • Experience with system configuration, integrations, and day-to-day recruiting technology operations.
  • Strong operational and strategic planning skills, including translating ambiguous goals into prioritized execution plans.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data, identify insights, and independently solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, distributed organization is relevant to the role.

  • Base salary range of $140,000–$165,000 USD.
