Description

  • Lead outbound prospecting and demand generation to acquire new enterprise clients.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads with marketing and business development partners.
  • Build and execute multi-touch sales strategies using personalized, consultative outreach.
  • Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts to expand Coalfire’s services footprint.
  • Develop deep client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own account planning, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity prioritization, and pursuit strategy.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from discovery and solution positioning through pricing, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and legal teams to support a seamless buyer journey.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity and compliance strategy discussions.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology consulting.
  • Strong track record of quota attainment, including consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to C-suite stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, and CFOs.
  • Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles with a consultative selling approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated success in both account expansion and new logo acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools or platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Preferred background in cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, cloud security, or IT risk management.
  • Preferred knowledge of frameworks such as FedRAMP, PCI, SOC, ISO, and HITRUST.
  • Preferred experience in a high-growth or fast-paced consulting or services environment.

  • Base salary range of $88,000 to $150,000 per year.
