Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for new enterprise accounts from pipeline generation through close.
  • Build and manage relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery and map customer business challenges to platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with channel and technology partners on joint go-to-market and co-selling efforts.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored demos and proposals.
  • Manage sales cycles ranging from 30 days to 12 months depending on deal complexity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM while driving consistent follow-up.
  • Represent the company professionally and credibly in customer conversations and executive presentations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in SaaS, PaaS, or cloud technology environments.
  • Proven success selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations with long sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging technical decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
  • Strong organization, project management, and follow-through skills across multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative, value-based sales approach.
  • Experience co-selling with partners such as systems integrators, cloud providers, or ISVs preferred.
  • Familiarity with higher education or healthcare sectors is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort working in a startup environment.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Ability to work West Coast hours, either as a local candidate or remotely from the West Coast.

  • $100,000 to $125,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses, with $200k+ OTE and uncapped upside.
