Description

  • Own the full sales process from first conversation through signed contract.
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects.
  • Run strategy sessions and pitch presentations for qualified prospects.
  • Manage the pipeline from first touch to close, including follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Handle objections and maintain structured follow-up sequences.
  • Build and maintain a sales playbook and objection library.
  • Own and operate the company’s internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy across content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct the production of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Help shape the company brand to attract larger and more established clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation in a prior role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services to SMB or mid-market buyers in a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with Meta preferred, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience with Meta advertising, content strategy, brand positioning, or demand generation is preferred.

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission.
