Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and guide them through the sales process.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations and manage the full pipeline from first touch to close.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain the sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Work holistically across sales and marketing to strengthen the brand and support growth.
  • Contribute to the company’s transition toward a future sales and marketing leadership role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services to SMB or mid-market buyers on a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience with Meta advertising, content creation, or brand strategy is preferred.
