Description

  • Run the full sales process from first conversation through signed contract.
  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects.
  • Lead strategy and pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the pipeline from first touch to close, including objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Help elevate the brand to attract larger and more established clients.
  • Contribute to the long-term development of a sales and marketing function, with potential to lead a team as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a prior role, with meaningful commission or performance-based pay.
  • Experience selling professional services with a 2 to 6 week sales cycle to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • A brief Loom video application is required, covering your background, a deal you are proud of, and an observation about the company’s current marketing.

Benefits

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission.
  • On-target earnings of approximately $150,000 per year.
