Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and guide them through the sales process.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from first touch through signed contract.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets including a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Work cross-functionally to align advertising with broader brand and growth strategy.
  • Help lay the foundation for a future sales and marketing team and potential leadership role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience; appointment setting or lead qualification alone is not sufficient.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably Meta, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to submit a 3 to 5 minute Loom video as part of the application, including a self-introduction, a closed deal example, and an observation about the company’s current marketing.

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission, with approximately $150,000 OTE.
